بعنوان «طلب حذف حساب رايح»، وضمّنها:
إن كنت سائقًا: الاسم ورقم الهاتف المسجّلين، والبريد الإلكتروني لحساب Google الذي تدخل به.
إن كنت راكبًا: لا يوجد لدينا حساب باسمك، إذ يُنشأ لك معرّف مجهول على جهازك. ولذلك يتعذّر علينا ربط طلبك ببياناتك عبر البريد. فاستخدم خيار «امسح بياناتي» داخل التطبيق كما يلي.
قد نطلب منك معلومات إضافية للتحقق من هويتك قبل تنفيذ الطلب.
نرد على طلبات البريد الإلكتروني وننفّذها خلال 30 يومًا من تاريخ استلامها.
2. أو احذف من داخل التطبيق (حذف فوري)
السائق: افتح الإعدادات ثم اختر «امسح حسابي وبياناتي».
الراكب: افتح الإعدادات ثم اختر «امسح بياناتي».
يتم الحذف فورًا ولا يمكن التراجع عنه. وتتوفر هذه الخاصية ابتداءً من الإصدار 1.0.0 (17) من التطبيق.
3. ما الذي يُحذف
عند الحذف من داخل التطبيق، يُحذف فورًا:
للسائق: الاسم ورقم الهاتف وصورتا رخصة القيادة وبياناتها، وحساب الدخول (البريد الإلكتروني وربط حساب Google)، ورمز الإشعارات، وإحصاءات حسابه، وما كتبه من رسائل واقتراحات وملاحظات، وموضع انتظاره إن وُجد. وإن كانت لديه وردية جارية أُنهيت أولًا، ويُزال اسمه من المركبات المسموح له بالعمل عليها.
للراكب: ما كتبه من رسائل واقتراحات وملاحظات، وموضع انتظاره إن كان منتظرًا، وإحصاءات حسابه، والحساب المجهول المنشأ له على الجهاز.
وعند قبول طلب وصل بالبريد الإلكتروني، نحذف بيانات السائق المبيّنة أعلاه.
4. ما الذي يُحتفظ به
نحتفظ بالسجلات الآتية لأنها تخص أيضًا ركابًا آخرين أو إحصاءات المنطقة أو شكاوى وصلت إلى مسؤولها، لكنها غير مرتبطة بك بعد الحذف:
الرحلات والتقييمات والبلاغات والورديات: تبقى، ويُستبدل بمعرّف السائق فيها ما يدل على أنه محذوف، فلا يربطها بك شيء.
الرحلات والتقييمات والبلاغات الخاصة بالراكب: تبقى غير مرتبطة به، إذ لم يكن معرّفه المجهول مقترنًا باسم أو هاتف أو بريد، وقد حُذف حسابه المجهول.
بيانات Google Analytics تُحفظ لدى Google مدة شهرين، وتقارير الأعطال (Crashlytics) مدة 90 يومًا.
5. أمور يجب أن تعلمها
حذف حساب السائق نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه، وإذا رغب في العمل سائقًا مرة أخرى فعليه التسجيل من جديد.
إذا كان حسابك مرتبطًا أيضًا بصفة مسؤول منطقة، يبقى حساب الدخول قائمًا لأنه وسيلة دخولك إلى لوحة الإدارة، وتُحذف بقية بيانات السائق.
موضع انتظار الراكب يُزال تلقائيًا فور الركوب أو الإلغاء أو انتهاء الانتظار دون طلب.
6. المطوّر والتواصل
المطوّر: عبدالرحمن عاطف محمود محمد (منشور على Google Play باسم «Abdelrahman Atef Labs»، وهو اسم تجاري لفرد طبيعي وليس شركة) التطبيق: رايح (Rayeh)
التطبيق مشروع شخصي غير تجاري يطوّره فرد بجهده الفردي، ولا يستهدف الربح حتى تاريخه.

If the email does not open, send an email to rayeh.app@gmail.com with the subject "Rayeh account deletion request", and include:
If you are a driver: the name and phone number you registered with, and the email of the Google account you sign in with.
If you are a rider: we hold no account in your name, because an anonymous identifier is created on your device. We therefore cannot link an emailed request to your data. Use "امسح بياناتي" inside the App instead, as described below.
We may ask for additional information to verify your identity before acting on the request.
We reply to email requests and carry them out within 30 days of receiving them.
2. Or delete inside the App (immediate)
Drivers: open Settings and choose "امسح حسابي وبياناتي" (delete my account and data).
Riders: open Settings and choose "امسح بياناتي" (delete my data).
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. This feature is available from version 1.0.0 (17) of the App.
3. What is deleted
When you delete inside the App, the following is deleted immediately:
For a driver: name, phone number, the two driving-licence photos and their details, the sign-in account (email and Google link), the notification token, account statistics, any messages, suggestions and feedback the driver wrote, and the driver's waiting point if any. If a shift is running it is ended first, and the driver's name is removed from the vehicles the driver was allowed to work on.
For a rider: any messages, suggestions and feedback the rider wrote, the waiting point if the rider is waiting, account statistics, and the anonymous account created on the device.
When we accept a request received by email, we delete the driver data listed above.
4. What is kept
We keep the following records because they also belong to other riders, to an area's statistics, or to complaints that reached its admin, but after deletion they are not linked to you:
Trips, ratings, reports and shifts: they stay, and the driver's identifier in them is replaced by a marker showing the driver was deleted, so nothing links them to you.
A rider's own trips, ratings and reports: they stay unlinked to the rider, because the anonymous identifier was never tied to a name, phone or email, and the anonymous account has been deleted.
Google Analytics data is held by Google for 2 months, and crash reports (Crashlytics) for 90 days.
5. Things you should know
Deleting a driver account is final and cannot be undone. A driver who wants to work again must register from the beginning.
If your account is also an area-admin account, the sign-in account stays, because it is your way into the admin panel; the rest of the driver data is deleted.
A rider's waiting point is removed automatically on boarding, cancelling or when the wait ends, without any request.
